Negros Business Week set

THE Negros Business Week spearheaded by the Metro Bacolod Chamber of Commerce and Industry (MBCCI) is set to open on July 7 at Robinsons Place Bacolod with the theme "Strengthening the Small Businesses for More and Better Jobs."

The Negros Business Week is a yearly activity every month of July sponsored by the Provincial Government of Negros Occidental to promote micro, small and medium enterprises in the province.

It will showcase the products of various member companies of MBCCI and will also highlight the programs extended by the national government line agencies and government financial institutions like the Department of Science and Technology, Department of Trade and a Industry, Development Bank of the Philippines, and Land Bank of the Philippines to small businesses.

The exposition will also preview the Asean Economic Integration (Afta 12015) as products from Thailand, Vietnam and even from India will also be on display and for sale.
