NEOPHYTE Saranggani Representative Manny Pacquiao will administer the oath of office of reelected Mayor Evelio R. Leonardia.

Pacquiao is now a politician and an adopted son of Bacolod City, a popular Filipino, enlisted as among the 100 influential individuals and a friend, said Leonardia.

Pacquiao, meanwhile, has assured Leonardia that he is coming for the inauguration of his ‘Pareng Bing’ on Saturday.

His wife Jinky will also be with Manny. "She's more beautiful now," described Leonardia.

Negros Occidental third district Representative Albee Benitez and former Governor Chavit Singson have offered Pacquiao to use their private planes to bring him in Bacolod.

Moreover, the New Government Center will also be inaugurated on Saturday before the inauguration of Leonardia and the rest of the city officials.

Former Ambassador Eduardo Cojuangos’s wife Gretchen will also be present together with Senator Franklin Drilon, former Naga City Mayor Jesse Roared and a member of the Gonzaga family, the one who donated the lot for the government center.

Likewise, the unveiling of the NGC marker located at the left side of the edifice’s lobby will also take place. This building is a monument of the greatness of the Bacolenos, said Leonardia.
