MANILA -- Malacanang is in full confidence that Filipino boxing champ Manny “Pacman” Pacquiao will win his fight against Ghana’s Joshua Clottey.

Two days before the much-awaited bout, deputy presidential spokesperson Gary Olivar said they are expecting that Pacquiao will defeat the welterweight boxer at their match at the Dallas Cowboys Stadium in Arlington, Texas in United States on Saturday night (US time), Sunday in Manila.

“We fully expect that Manny will win,” said Olivar.

He meanwhile advised Pacquaio to be careful on his fight considering the reputation of Clottey in his previous fights.

“He should be careful on the dirty tactics of Clottey, like the head-butting,” he said. (Jill Beltran/Sunnex)
