RAY Snyder hit a total of 959 pinfalls to emerge champion in the Datba weekly singles tournament at the NCCC Mall B3 lanes on Saturday evening.
Ronald Martin placed second after rolling 859 pins, while Sammy Talaboc came third with 846 pinfalls.
Snyder bagged the gold medal, while Martin got the silver and Talaboc settled for the bronze.
Manny Nierra and Ian Ancheta came in at fourth and fifth spots, respectively, in the meet organized by the Davao Tenpin Bowlers Association (Datba). Nierra scored 832, while Ancheta made 830 pinfalls.
The weekly tournament, which serves as qualifying for the monthly finals, will resume on Saturday night. (MLSA)
