A MUSICAL soiree featuring pianist Dr. Rey P. Roa will be the main feature of a fund-raising dinner sponsored by the St. Paul College Foundation Inc. (SPCFI) to be held at the Cebu City Social Hall on Saturday, June 13, at 7 p.m. The foundation “strives to give the deserving poor and marginalized sector of society a high quality free education in the hope that this will alleviate their status” and needs people who are willing to support its cause.

Roa, formerly Utah based, has traveled extensively giving recitals, lectures and master classes in Europe, Asia and the United States. Currently he is SPCFI’s vice president for external affairs and dean of arts and cultural Affairs.

Performing with Roa are two talented musicians, June Ong Roa, violinist, and Maestro Dennis Sugarol, flutist. Ma. Regina L. Condrado, director of the SPCFI Center for Philanthropy, says the concert will start at 7 p.m., and will be followed by a reception dinner.
