Summer sports clinic at NCCC Mall B3

THE NCCC Mall B3 will conduct a sports summer clinic for children six to 15 years old at the NCCC Mall B3 Center in Davao City.

NCCC B3 office-in-charge for operations Antonio Venculado, Jr., who was a guest in the Davao Sportswriters Association Forum at the NCCC Mall Davao B3 Center Thursday, April 6, said NCCC B3 offers table tennis and bowling summer clinics.

The table tennis clinic is set on April 17 to 21 at 2 p.m. to 3 p.m.

Venculado said Almerick Bangayan, an accredited national umpire and a member of the Metro Davao Table Tennis Association, will coach the six-day event.

A learning assessment tournament will also be held with the champion receiving P2,000 worth of cash and gift certificates and a medal while the next two placers will take home P1,500 and 1,000, respectively.

Interested participants may fill up registration form at the NCCC B3 and present an accumulated receipt minimum of P150 from NCCC B3 or P200 worth of receipt from any NCCC Mall tenant.

Interested participants should also submit a photocopy of birth certificate or any valid ID with date of birth.

The bowling clinic will roll-off on April 24 to 28.

Venculado said Yule Tanlimco of the Davao Tenpin Bowlers Association along with NCCC B3 ambassadress Tessa Diane Galendez and B3 bowling technicians Roy Gimarino and Rodel Cacactin will spearhead the bowling clinic.

The class will start at 1 p.m. to 3 p.m.

A mini tournament will be held on April 28.

The champion will take home P2,000 worth of cash and GCs while the next two winners will settle for P1,500 and P1,000.

Deadline of submission of entries is on April 8. (ABM)
