Thirty teams to see action in three-day Loptta Open

THIRTY table tennis teams, including 19 for the men’s events and 11 for the women’s matches, will see action in the Lopue's Open 2015 on March 27 to 29 in Bacolod City.

The annual tournament is organized by the Lopue's Table Tennis Association (Loptta) headed by its president Leonito "Diotay" Lopue.

Matches will be held at Loptta Table Tennis Center, Lopue's San Sebastian Annex Building on Araneta-San Sebastian Streets.

Participating teams are Tatand-Joola (Manila), Tatand-Adidas (Manila), Ad Marketing (Bacolod), Captain Table Tennis Club (Cavite City), VMA-Australia (Bacolod), Metta (Manila), Amity Table Tennis Association (Bacolod), Huaching-San Beda (Manila-Cebu); University of Cebu, Iloilo, University of St. La Salle (Bacolod), Bayona Farm (Bacolod), University of Negros Occidental-Recoletos (Bacolod), San Beda College (Manila), Bacolod City National High School (Bacolod), Western Visayas Prisaa and host Loptta (Bacolod).

The event is considered one of the most prestigious table tennis tournaments in the Philippines. featuring top caliber players, including current and former national team members representing their schools, clubs, or associations.
