LA TRINIDAD, Benguet – Jarco Investment Corporation has not submitted the final plans for the proposed multi level commercial complex, said Vice Mayor Samuel Essguerra.

The vice mayor said the request of former mayor Edna Tabanda for public consultations regarding the design and rental dealings of the project could not be done until the plans are submitted.

Tabanda attended the local council meeting weeks ago wanting to open the shopping center’s construction to more people participation.

The commercial complex is set to stand three stories high with an area of 3,900 square meters at the parking lot of the public market currently being used as a parking area for vegetable trucks and jeepney under a Build Operate and Transfer. (Maria Elena Catajan)
