THE Senate Blue Ribbon Committee resumed its investigation on the alleged bribery scandal in the Bureau of Immigration involving businessman Jack Lam on Thursday, February 9.
Lam allegedly offered money to Justice Secretary Vitaliano Aguirre II in connection with the arrest of Chinese nationals illegally working at a casino in Pampanga.
