THE year of Earth Pig will bring luck and opportunity for Cebu’s economy, says Feng shui expert Dinglu Torrefranca.

According to Torrefranca, the city won’t have a hard time in terms of economy because it will triple its luck on different business ventures. The year of the Earth pig, Torrefranca added, is a good year for businesses on prime commodities like food, gadgets, water, laundry and hotels.

While the year of the Earth pig is an excellent year for Cebu, Torrefranca warned that there are still a lot of negative auras that could affect this. Traffic, for one, is a major challenge and could affect the flow of business.

Torrefranca advised businessmen to make sure that their areas are at an auspicious direction, facing the sunlight whether located in the north or south. Putting a sliced lemon mixed with salt on the corners of their rooms will also attract good aura for the business. (Rhea Maglahus, USC Intern)
