PANIQUI, Tarlac -- The Department of Trade and Industry (DTI) opened Friday, November 8, the 17th Negosyo Center in Tarlac located at the municipal compound of Paniqui town.

DTI Provincial Director Agnes B. Ramirez said the Negosyo Center aims to bring various government services to aspiring and budding entrepreneurs through business advisory services, trainings, business name registration assistance and registration for Barangay Micro Business Enterprises.

"To date, we have this type of facility in 16 towns and 1 city of Tarlac," Ramirez said.

For his part, Mayor Leonardo M. Roxas said he is grateful to DTI for choosing his municipality in establishing a Negosyo Center.

"This will surely be of great help to the citizens of Paniqui for we no longer need to go to Tarlac City to avail of the services," he added. (PIA)
