CLARK FREEPORT Premier shopping mall SM City Clark is hosting an art show on breastfeeding awareness in celebration of National Breastfeeding Awareness Month this August.

Called "Art with a Heart," the art show was officially launched on August 2 at the mall's The Event Centre 3.

The launching was led by SM Supermalls Regional Operations Manager North IV Andrea Madlangbayan-Rodriguez, Angeles City Government Chief of Staff Atty. Kercee Lazatin who represented her father Mayor Carmelo “Pogi” Lazatin Jr., and Pamitipun artists led by Norman Tiotuico and Carla De Guzman.

"This exhibit is just one of our many programs under SM Cares to promote the good health and well-being of women and nursing mothers. Through the creative expression of our artists and the support of our partners, we aim to raise awareness on the benefits of breastfeeding and the beauty of a mother's journey with her child," Madlangbayan-Rodriguez shared during the launching.

Madlangbayan-Rodriguez said that the establishment of breastfeeding stations across all SM Supermalls nationwide has welcomed over one million mothers since their introduction, averaging nearly 170,000 visitors annually.
