14 arrested in San Fernando for various violations

FOURTEEN personalities were arrested by local authorities in the City of San Fernando, Pampanga during separate operations launched on Saturday, May 15.

According Police Regional Office (PRO)-Central Visayas Director Brigadier General Valeriano De Leon, five persons were nabbed for their alleged involvement in illegal drugs, eight for violating quarantine protocols and the other one who is allegedly responsible for a motornapping incident.

De Leon said the drug suspects yielded 21 small sachets of methampethamine hydrochloride (shabu) weighing six grams and with estimated street value of P40,800.

Meanwhile, five unregistered motorcycles and three motorcycles with kolong-kolong were also recovered from the alleged motornapper who was nabbed in a checkpoint operation.
