THE Grab driver from Porac town, who was the first positive case of the coronavirus disease (Covid-19) in Pampanga, twice tested negative from the virus and is set to be discharged.

This was according to several posts from government officials and the patient’s relatives in Porac town. The patient was given medical attention in a hospital in Marikina City.

The former Covid-positive is a driver of the ride-haling platform Grab plying the Clark Freeport and Pampanga routes.

He had no history of foreign travel, according to his wife. The man, who is 33 years old, is said to have a history of tuberculosis and hypertension.

His wife sought the help of the Pampanga Provincial Government after Governor Dennis Pineda urged the reporting of incidents to him.
