3 Magalang residents die from Covid-19

THREE more residents in Magalang town, Pampanga have died from Covid-19.

This was learned in the local government's update dated September 17, 2021.

The new mortalities are from Barangays San Agustin (1) and Santa Lucia (2).

These brought the total number of Covid-19 deaths in the municipality to 95 as of Friday.

The Municipal Health Office also reported six new cases of coronavirus and 14 recoveries.

Out of the 1,447 total number of cases, some 1,166 representing 80.58 percent recovered.

There were 195 active Covid-19 cases in the town as of Friday.

Mayor Romy Pecson urged residents to always observe health protocols to prevent the spread of coronavirus in the locality.
