64 Covid deaths in Central Luzon, 607 positive cases

SIXTY-FOUR people have died from coronavirus disease (Covid-19) in Central Luzon, with at least 607 people infected, according to the June 2 advisory of the Department of Health.

Of the 607 cases, 70 are still admitted, while 92 have already been discharged to undergo 14-day quarantine. At least 381 people have already recovered from the disease.

Bulacan has the most number of cases with 205 positive cases as of June 3.

Thirty people have died in Bulacan alone because of Covid-19, while 75 have already recovered.

Bataan is second in terms of cases with 151 positive cases, 136 recoveries and nine deaths.

Pampanga is still third in terms of number of infections with 104 positive cases, 60 recoveries and 11 deaths.

Nueva Ecija province has 55 positive cases, 50 recoveries and three deaths. Tarlac has 36 cases, while Zamabales has 37 positive cases.

Only Aurora province remains Covid-free as of June 3.
