TARLAC CITY--About seven micro-enterprises from Barangay Bilad in Camiling town received food processing kits from the Department of Trade and Industry (DTI).

The distribution is under DTI's Livelihood Seeding Program-Negosyo Serbisyo sa Barangay (LSP-NSB), a program that aims to help micro enterprises restore and improve their businesses by providing an individual package of livelihood kits.

In his message, Mayor Erlon Agustin expressed his gratitude to DTI and advised the beneficiaries to use the kits wisely.

Agustin also shared his vision of making the town’s products known globally.

For her part, DTI Provincial Director Agnes Ramirez assured Camiling Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises of the agency’s continuous assistance to them.

To date, DTI's distribution of livelihood kits in the different municipalities of the province is continuous with strict adherence to the health standards.
