THE Angeles City Government has started vaccinating children ages 5 to 11.

Angeles City Mayor Carmelo “Pogi” Lazatin Jr. appealed to the parents to bring their children to the City College of Angeles (CCA) for inoculation against Covid-19.

Lazatin said the city, with its logistics, manpower and resources, is ready to inoculate children

“Handa po ang siyudad sa pagsisimula ng bakuna para sa mga batang may edad lima hanggang labing-isang taon,” Lazatin said.

All children that will be vaccinated will receive loot bags containing vitamins, paracetamols, candies, coloring pens and coloring pads.

THREAT. According to a Capitol consultant, the Cebu City Government is threatening to shut down the Cebu North Bus Terminal at the back of SM City Cebu (left) and the Cebu South Bus Terminal along N. The Province, which runs both terminals, maintains that it operates the facilities as a public service for passengers going to the province and vice versa. /
