THE top most wanted personality of Apalit town in Pampanga was arrested during a manhunt operation launched in Barangay Sampaloc recently.

The town's chief of police, Lieutenant Colonel Alex Delos Santos, identified the arrested personality as Ronnie Meneses, 54.

Meneses was responsible for estafa and large-scale illegal recruitment cases that warrants of arrest were issued by Regional Trial Court in Macabebe town in 2012 and 2015.

Meneses is currently detained at the town's detention facility while awaiting transfer to the provincial jail.
