AyalaLand to open Pampanga Technopark in Mabalacat City

MABALACAT CITY --- Mayor Crisostomo Garbo led the launching of AyalaLand Logistics Holdings Corporation's Pampanga Technopark in Barangay Tabun here recently.

The 200-hectare park is the first masterplanned, agro-industrial commercial township in Central Luzon expected to provide 100,000 employment opportunities, recreation, and innovation to the people of Mabalacat.

The Pampanga Technopark is a significant development that will connect commerce and communities through its three phases: Centro, Market Place, and Industrial Zone.

Centro, the heart of the park, will showcase Pampanga cuisine and delicacies, hotels, retail stores, offices, working spaces, and dormitories. Market Place will feature local farmers and businessmen, while the Industrial Zone will house warehouses and logistic hubs.

Garbo expressed his enthusiasm for the project, stating that it will provide numerous employment opportunities and contribute to the growth of Mabalacat City and Central Luzon.

He added that the Pampanga Technopark is an excellent example of what can be achieved when the government and private sector work together.

During the ceremony, President and Chief Executive Officer of AyalaLand Logistics Holdings Corp., Jose Emmanuel H. Jalandoni presented the plans for Pampanga Technopark.

He said the technopark will have a public bus terminal that will connect the park to the nearby cities and provinces, making it accessible and convenient for everyone.
