BACOLOR -- Dozens of residents from this town received medical attention from volunteers and doctors hosted by the Don Bosco Academy Batch '86 over the weekend.

The batch hosted a medical mission, which catered to the needs of indigent residents at the municipal hall through the support of Mayor Diman Datu.

The mission featured doctors who provided free consultations and medicines to people who availed themselves of free medical services. Dozens of residents flocked to the event while some went home with free medicines and vitamins. The group also gave out free reading glasses to residents with eye problems.

According to the group, the medical mission aims to bring much needed medical services to local residents, particularly indigents who are in need of medical attention.
