A SUSPECTED drug pusher was killed when he allegedly tried to shoot it out with police operatives during a drug bust in Barangay San Nicolas, City of San Fernando, Pampanga, Tuesday, April 2.

James Tulabut, a resident of Barangay San Nicolas, allegedly fired at the police officers, prompting the lawmen to retaliate.

Tulabut was killed on the spot, said Police Lt. Col. Levi Hope Basilio, chief of police of City of San Fernando.

Recovered from the crime scene were two sachets of shabu or methamphetamine hydrochloride, an improvised gun and P500 marked money.

Basilio said the suspect was listed as a drug personality in the city. (Ric Sapnu)
