DTI holds Diskwento Caravan in Dinalupihan

BALANGA CITY -- The Department of Trade and Industry (DTI) conducted this week a Diskwento Caravan in Dinalupihan town in time for the Yuletide season.

DTI provincial director Nelin Cabahug said about 96 micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs) took part in the three-day trade fair.

“Our main objective here is to bring consumers the quality products and at the same time, to generate sales for our MSMEs,” Cabahug stressed.

Among products available were grocery items, sweets, bags, accessories, novelty items and home decors with at least 10 percent discount.

Mayor Gila Garcia expressed her gratitude to DTI for its programs and services which helps the municipality in its vision to be the model Agro-polis in Central Luzon.

“Thank you, DTI, for bringing the much awaited Diskwento Caravan here in our municipality because consumers are really looking forward to it,” Garcia said. (PIA-Central Luzon)
