Farmers, fisherfolk in Central Luzon undergo training on biz plan making

THE Central Luzon Department of Agriculture, through the Gender and Development Focal Point System, conducted a training on business plan making for farmers and fisherfolk in Central Luzon to enable them to become agri-entrepreneurs.

The online training was held from September 21 to 23.

The purpose of the activity is to further expand, cultivate and increase the skills and knowledge of farmers and fishermen in the field of entrepreneurship.

In collaboration with the Agricultural Credit Policy Council Training Management, the second batch of training was attended by 90 participants.

The speakers were Project Development Officer II Ana Isabel Valenton, Project Development Officer II Lindsay Mae Medrano, Project Development Officer II Melanie Geolagon, Project Development Officer II Genny Mikelle Catog, Project Development Officer II Athena Mei Vital at Information Technology Officer I Philippines Gerardo.

It will be recalled that the first batch was conducted recently last August.
