Floridablanca residents get yuletide cheer

CITY OF SAN FERNANDO -- Some 4,878 residents received yuletide cheer as Governor Dennis “Delta” Pineda led the distribution of food items in the spirit of the Christmas season.

Some 1,699 residents from Barangay Palmayo along with 744 individuals from Barangay Pandaguirig received food items. This was followed by 1,047 residents from Barangay Pabanlag and 1,388 from Barangay Apalit.

Pineda expressed his appreciation to all Floridablanca people and assured them that his administration will continuously implement programs and services that would benefit all sectors of the province.

“Dakal pung salamat keng suporta yu. Asahan yu pu na patuluy ya pung makabuklat and handang sumawup kekayu ing Kapitolyu para kareng pangagailangan yu,” the governor said.

The governor said the Provincial Government has programs that they could enjoy, such as educational assistance and healthcare programs.

“Deni gewa mila para mas asopan mila reng bawat Kapampangan keti Pampanga na mabawasan ing kasakitan keng bie da,” he added.

The distribution was facilitated by volunteers from Provincial Social Welfare and Development Office and some Nanay Community Workers.
