Angeles City Councilor Joseph “PG” Ponce informs residents with kidney disease that Mayor Carmelo “Pogi” Lazatin Jr. and the city council are working together in order to acquire additional dialysis machines to provide free dialysis treatment to patients at the Ospital Ning Angeles.
