PAMPANGA. In Mabalacat City, couples would need to undergo pre-marriage counseling as the Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD) and Commission on Population and Development in the region awarded Certificates of Accreditation to the 13 members of the Pre-Marriage Orientation and Counseling (PMOC) Team of the City. Mabalacat City is one of the few local government units in the region that provides both the PMOC and Marriage Counseling Services for its constituents. Awarding the Certificates of Accreditation are DSWD-Central Luzon Standards Unit Representative Kamille Laxamana and Commission on Population and Development-Central Luzon Regional Director Ms. Lourdes Nacionales.
