CAMP OLIVAS, Pampanga -- Police Regional Office (PRO)-Central Luzon personnel including utility and construction workers along with their families received packs of fresh beef from the Pacific Dialogue Foundation Inc. in time for the celebration of Eid'l Adha.

PRO-Central Luzon Director Rhodel O. Sermonia said that the packs of fresh beef were donated by Selim Sirinoglu, president of Pacific Dialogue Foundation Inc., who is a staunch partner of PRO-Central Luzon in its “Rektang Bayanihan” program.

The Pacific Dialogue Foundation, Inc. is a non-stock, non-profit, educational, and cultural foundation established by a group of Filipino and Turkish volunteers in 2011 seeking to build and foster relationships between and among people of diverse backgrounds.

Sermonia also said this effort is part of the on-going Rektang Bayanihan project which is an initiative meant to alleviate the adverse effects of the Luzon-wide community quarantine from the start of coronavirus disease-2019 pandemic in March. (PR)
