Guagua Grade 12 scholars get assistance

GRADE 12 scholars from Guagua received the financial assistance from the Provincial Capitol under the Educational Financial Assistance program of Governor Dennis Pineda, Vice Governor Lilia Pineda, and the Provincial Board.

Assisted by staff from the Provincial Library and Provincial Treasurer's Office (PTO), 521 students from Pulungmasle High School, Natividad High School, Guillermo D. Mendoza National High School, and Betis High School each received P 2,500 from the Provincial Government.

Second District Board Members Anthony Joseph Torres and Fritzie David-Dizon, as well as Guagua Vice Mayor Sajid Eusoof led the visit and distribution of aid for the beneficiaries in the town.

Tinago Barangay Hall, shown here on May 2, 2024, received a “Notice of Violation” from Cebu City’s Task Force Gubat sa Baha for the concrete wall behind it that lies within the three-meter easement zone of the Estero de Parian. /
