Housing czar impressed with Lakeshore estate

MEXICO, Pampanga -- Department of Human Settlements and Urban Development (DHSUD) Secretary Eduardo Del Rosario is impressed with the design and built of The Lakeshore here.

"Lakeshore is very impressive, it's so huge," Del Rosario said during his visit at the real estate property late last week.

"[Architect Nestor Mangio] must be a visionary to do this huge project," the housing chief added.

Mangio is the president and chief executive officer of Central Country Estate Inc., the developer of The Lakeshore.

Del Rosario said the real estate is also "the kind of place we need amidst the pandemic with its vast open spaces."

The Lakeshore is CCEI's premier project with more than 250-hectare residential community.

Located along North Luzon Expressway in Mexico town, the real estate sits close to major shopping malls and other establishments.

The Lakeshore is also known for its lighthouse and man-made lake making it a favorite venue for various events.
