Macabebe eco-park closed due to Covid-19

AS PART of the enhanced community quarantine being implemented in Luzon Island, the local government in Macabebe has temporarily closed its eco-park in Barangay Consuelo.

The local government, through Resoution No. 104 Series of 2019-2022, ordered the temporary closure of Consuelo Eco-Tourism Park due to threat of coronavirus disease 2019.

The eco-park, located at the southern part of the province, is a famous tourist destination for being the site where Pampanga River and Manila Bay meets.

It is also a place for swimming activities, and frequently serves as the endpoint of bikers traveling in the municipality.

The Consuelo Eco-Tourism Park will remain closed until further notice to prevent the spread of Covid-19, the local government said.
