Masantol's 8th most wanted person nabbed

THE number eight most wanted person of Masantol town was recently arrested by local police through a manhunt operation launched in Barangay San Isidro Matua.

The town's chief of police, Major Elias Tait, said the suspect, who was only identified through his alias "Ebun," was arrested for violation of Special Protection of Children Against Abuse, Exploitation and Discrimination law.

Aside from being the eight most wanted personality, the 26-year-old suspect was also listed as the top most wanted person under Sibat Phase III of the local police station.

The suspect was arrested by virtue of a warrant issued by Judge Lucina Alpez-Dayaon of the Regional Trial Court Branch 54, with a recommended bail of P80,000.

The suspect is now in the custody of local police while awaiting a court order.
