Mayoralty bet: ‘Pick leaders with credentials, programs’

A MAYORALTY bet under a local political party has urged constituents in Angeles City to select candidates who possess good credentials and programs for the people.

Pineda, said the voting public should be guided properly in picking the leaders of the city based on these two qualifications.

“The first is the character of a candidate. The second is the program for people, if this right and beneficial to the country,” Cauguiran told leaders of a religious organization during a meeting at the Century Hotel recently.

Cauguiran said he and his runningmates are offering their leadership to the people of Angeles based on personality and programs.

If elected, the former Clark International Airport chief said his team will implement a 10-point program which includes health, education, livelihood and employment, peace and order, vehicle traffic solution, environmental protection and cleanliness, and others.
