OPPOSITION Councilor and mayoralty aspirant Carmelo "Pogi" Lazatin, Jr. on March 18 showed children in A. Santos, Balibago, Angeles City the proper way to tie a top (trumpo).

The trumpo or Philippine top is a toy that fascinated Filipino kids in the past.

Lazatin visited A. Santos, Balibago to talk about pertinent issues currently affecting the city, including the worsening traffic problems and the lack of medicines and other services at the Ospital Ning Angeles (ONA).

Lazatin also vowed to bring back basic quality services and will surpass what his father, former mayor Carmelo "Tarzan" Lazatin, had done for the Angeleños, especially on programs concerning health, urban poor, solid waste, and infrastructure development. (PR)
