THE Bureau of Immigration (BI) arrested an overstaying Saudi Arabian in Cabanatuan City last March 30.

BI Intelligence Division Chief Fortunato Manahan Jr. identified the foreign national as Mohammed Karm A Al Baloshi, 50, who was arrested in his apartment in Barangay Camp Tinio in Cabanatuan City.

According to Manahan, Al Baloshi was arrested in coordination with the Cabanatuan City Police Office, following a mission order issued by Morente.

“Upon inspection, he was unable to present his documents,” said Manahan.

“It was later found out that he possessed an expired passport, and it was confirmed that he is already overstaying in the country,” he added.

BI records show that Al Baloshi’s passport expired in June 2020.

Following health protocols, the foreign national was subjected to an RT-PCR test, and upon receipt of negative results and undergoing booking procedures, was transferred to the BI’s Warden Facility in Bicutan, Taguig.
