Pampanga ‘Food Street’ soon in Clark

TOURISTS and guests in the Clark Freeport Area will soon have a better experience of Kapampangan culinary delights and local products through Pampanga “Food Street” that will soon open.

The Pampanga Food Street will feature 43 stalls which will showcase authentic Kapampangan cuisine and souvenir items. It is located along the Cardinal Santos Street adjacent to the parade grounds.

The Clark Development Corporation Engineering Services Department (CDC-ESD) had recently announced on radio that construction of the said establishment will soon be finished to offer better experience to tourists and guests visiting the Freeport.

The CDC–ESD also reported that the development and improvement of the CDC Children’s Playground, also near the Parade Grounds, is also on-going. The work involves site development, landscaping, installation of playground equipment for the over-all beautification of the site.

Other improvement projects in this Freeport include the asphalt overlay along M.A. Roxas Highway and provision of bike lanes among others. (Reynaldo G. Navales)
