Pampanga gets P2M from PCSO

THE Provincial Government of Pampanga received another P2 million worth of checks from the Endowment Fund Program of the Philippine Charity Sweepstakes Office (PCSO).

Governor Dennis Pineda received the checks from PCSO-Pampanga Branch manager Ma. Lourdes Soliman. The latest fund endowment will be utilized for patients at the Diosdado P. Macapagal Memorial Hospital and the Ricardo P. Rodriguez Memorial Hospital.

It could be remembered that the PCSO gave P8 million in January for the province's district hospitals, which include Domingo B. Flores District Hospital, Dr. Andres J. Luciano District Hospital, Jose Songco Lapid District Hospital, San Luis District Hospital, Escolastica Romero District Hospital, Mabalacat District Hospital, Romana Pangan District Hospital, and Dr. Emigdio C. Cruz Sr. Memorial Hospital.

The PCSO Endowment Fund Program provides funding support directly to government hospitals to augment the medical needs of patients admitted in the charity section/ward.

The funding program is to uplift the health condition of the Filipino by providing financial assistance for various health and medical-related programs, medical assistance and services and charities of national character.
