TO HELP Pampanga micro, small, and medium entrepreneurs (MSMEs) cope with the enhanced community quarantine imposed in Luzon, the Department of Trade and Industry Pampanga Provincial Office continues to push for the implementation of meaningful learning for entrepreneurs through the online platform.

Aptly titled “Tara MSMEs, Mag-aral Tamu,” the online platform created by DTI Pampanga enables local entrepreneurs make good use of their free time to learn about the different aspects of entrepreneurship thru free websites offering online learning sessions.

The platform links can be accessed through the DTI Pampanga Facebook page using the following sites: 1) DTI Library through www.dti.gov.ph/resources/e-library; 2) Markprof Foundation Youtube through https://tinyurl.rom/ryobj2a; 3) GoNegosyo Youtube through www.youtube.com/user/PCEgonegosyo and; 4) ASEAN SME Academy through www.asean-sme-academy.com

The online learning sessions to help Pampanga MSMEs were organized by the DTI Pampanga in response to an online survey of local entrepreneurs it conducted recently.

In the survey, majority of the 43 MSMEs who responded said that one of the major services they wish to avail during these times is the conduct of online learning sessions.

Aside from these online platforms, the Philippine Center for Entrepreneurship through its Go Negosyo program is currently holding online mentoring sessions linked through its Facebook page under the handle Go Negosyo.

The online mentoring sessions are conducted online from 3:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. by different Angelpreneurs or mentor-experts discussing different topics such as Managing Disruption of Business, Human Resource Management during Crisis and Financial Management.

For interested MSMEs, the DTI-3 Regional Office and its provincial offices in Central Luzon can still be contacted online through their official email addresses and official Facebook pages (facebook.com/DTI.Region3 and facebook.com/DTI.Pampanga).
