Pampanga records 27 new Covid-19 cases

TWENTY-SEVEN new active coronavirus disease (Covid-19) cases were recorded in Pampanga on January 25, with most cases coming from Mabalacat City.

Twenty-two new cases were reported in Mabalacat City along with two cases each in the towns of Guagua and Porac. Seven new cases were also reported in the City of San Fernando while the towns of San Simon, Minalin, Macabebe, Mexico, Santa Rita, Lubao and Magalang reported one case each. Three new cases were reported in Apalit town.

No cases were reported in Angeles City for January 25.

Meanwhile, the total number of Covid-19 cases in the province has now reached 7,394, while the number of active cases is pegged at 605 as of January 26.

Recoveries are at 6,403, while deaths are now at 386 recorded cases, the second highest in Central Luzon.
