Pampanga State Agricultural University president dies

THE president of the Pampanga State Agricultural University (PSAU), Dr. Honorio M. Soriano, died on Monday, July 19, 2021, the state university announced on its official Facebook page.

Details leading to his death have not been confirmed.

Dr. Soriano had served as president of PSAU for 14 years. He was one of the recipients of the Civil Service Commission’s Presidential Lingkod Bayan Award for 2018 for his exemplary performance as a public servant.

Dr. Soriano was also president of Philippine Association of Agriculturists (PAA) Inc. Tamarind Chapter of Central Luzon.

He was active in promoting and supporting the activities and advocacies of PAA Inc. not only in Central Luzon but also nationally.
