Pelco 2 closes office due to Covid-19

SANTA RITA -- The sub-office of the Pampanga 2 Electric Cooperative (Pelco2) in this town has been on lockdown since June 25 after an employee of the said office has been a close contact of one of the coronavirus-positive case here.

Pelco2, in a statement, said that the employee is a relative of the coronavirus-positive patient. As a precautionary measure, the said employee has been swab tested.

The Pelco 2 management has also placed all its employees under a 14-day quarantine while waiting for the results of the swab test.

Pelco2 assured all its consumers in the town that all precautionary and health protocols have been undertaken to keep the said office safe. Massive disinfection of the said office was also undertaken recently.

Pelco2 urges all its consumers in Santa Rita to transact any business with the said office through official phone lines. Payments for electric bills through other payment systems are also available.
