QUOTA International (QI) of Pampanga continued is celebration of its 25th anniversary, as its members and officials visited Pampanga High School (PHS) and two government hospitals in the province for a second round of donation activities.

The non-government organization visited the PHS's Special Education Class (Sped), a long-time beneficiary of the organization, for the turnover of a photocopier machine that will enable instructors to produce modules for the distance learning needs of the SPED class.

The donation was presented by QI Pampanga president Nannytah Garcia with members Joebee Bondoc Henson and Diane Maddison Blake to PHS Principal Lynn Esguerra.

QI of Pampanga has a long partnership with PHS.

Quota helped develop the school's special education program for the deaf and hearing-impaired, which is one of the few in the area for high school students.

From 2011-2013, Quota of Pampanga began a project to build the Sped building here. Since then, QI of Pampanga has been active in giving donations and addressing other educational needs of the students.

QI Pampanga then proceeded to the Jose B. Lingad Regional Memorial Hospital and turned over 200 personal protective equipment (PPE).

The group also visited the Diosdado Macapagal District Hospital in Guagua, Pampanga and handed 100 PPEs for the use of hospital staff handling corona virus cases.

Quotarians are known especially for their service to the deaf, hard-of-hearing, and speech-impaired individuals and poor women and children.

Quota members share the values of serving and encouraging others, developing friendships, and promoting international understanding.
