San Fernando police seize P421,600 shabu in buy-bust

ELEMENTS of the City of San Fernando police led by Lieutenant Colonel John Clark arrested three suspects in a weekend buy-bust operation that led to the confiscation of 62 grams of shabu worth P421,600.

Police operatives swooped in at Bulaon Resettlement on Saturday evening, January 16, resulting in the arrests of Clairem Yalung, Patrick Garcia and one minor, all residents of the said resettlement area.

The operatives also confiscated from the suspects 13 pieces of heat-sealed plastic sachets containing shabu approximately 62 grams with an estimated street value of P421,600.

They also confiscated the marked money with serial number DL563663 rolled together with 29 pieces boodle money, among others.

The buy-bust operation was a result of an intelligence reports received by the San Fernando police.

The suspects are now under the custody of the City of San Fernando Police Station while suspected illegal drugs will be brought to Philippine National Police Crime Laboratory for examination.
