SM mall donates food packs

CLARK FREEPORT -- A shopping mall in Pampanga has donated food packs to some local areas and front liners against the Covid-19 pandemic.

SM City Pampanga, thru SM Foundation in partnership with Uniqlo, donated at least 300 “kalinga” or food packs to the City of San Fernando local government unit and Barangay Del Carmen.

According to SM City Pampanga mall manager Aaron Montenegro, they also donated food and SM bottled water for front liners in partnership with Vikings restaurant.

Recipients of the food donations included representatives from the Philippine National Police, Bureau of Fire Protection, and Inter-Agency Task Force for the Management of Emerging Infectious Diseases (IATF-EID) assigned to checkpoints at the City of San Fernando and Mexico town.
