SM Olongapo conduct community feeding

THROUGH the initiative of SM City Olongapo Downtown security personnel headed by customer relations services (CRS) manager Krisffer Adams Macasieb, a community feeding was conducted in Barangay Pagasa Multi-Purpose Covered court Olongapo City recently.

The feeding program is one of the various activities of SM security personnel that provide educational and health benefits to less fortunate kids.

SM Olongapo Central also joined SM Olongapo Downtown in the activity together with Barangay Pagasa Chairman Rodolfo Catologan and village officials, SM City Olongapo Central Public Relations Manager Nette Mortel and CRS Manager Michael Mungcal.

“Nagpapasalamat po ako sa SM sa pagsasagawa ng feeding program dito sa barangay Pagasa, sa tulong ng aking mga kasama ay naiskatuparan ang adhikaing ito ng SM,“ Catologan said.

(I am thankful to SM for conducting a feeding program here in Barangay Pagasa, with the help of my colleagues, we made it.)

Through partnership with the community, SM is able to help alleviate short-term hunger, improve nutrition and cognition of children.

Aside from this activity, SM malls under the SM Foundation also offers college scholarships, donates school building to public schools, conducts medical missions and farmers trainings. The Foundation also renovates and maintains wellness centers in public hospitals and health care centers. (PR)
