RESIDENTS of Sto. Tomas town in Pampanga may soon avail themselves of the free antigen testing offered by the local government.

Mayor Gloria Ronquillo said the testing site, located at the Bahay Pagbabago in Barangay San Vicente, will be open from 8 a.m. to 10 a.m. every Tuesday and Thursday from January 18 to January 27.

She said the program is available for all Tomasians, who must only present a valid identification card or any proof of residency in town.

“Basta Tomasians sila at may dalang ID or proof of residency, pwede sila maka-avail ng free antigen testing,” she said.

Ronquillo said the program aims to address the rising number of Covid-19 cases in town by making the testing accessible to more people.

She also urged Tomasians, especially those manifesting symptoms of Covid-19, to avail themselves of the program.

“This is one of the Covid-19 response programs of the local government and we continue to ask for the cooperation of Thomasians so we can fight together the virus,” she said.
