PAMPANGA. The Angeles City Business Permit Department, Sanitary Office and the Cenro conduct a surprise inspection of establishments selling cosmetic products that are banned by the Food and Drug Administration (FDA). Several skin whitening creams, soaps, unbranded lipsticks and other beauty products were confiscated by the inspection team.
