Vaccination schedule for Clark locators now on 'first come, first serve' basis

Sunnexdesk

THE Clark Development Corporation (CDC) recently announced that the scheduling for the locators’ vaccination in Clark Freeport will now be on a “first come, first served” basis.

In a memorandum issued by the state-owned firm dated August 9, 2021, CDC said that starting on the second week of August, Clark workers will only be vaccinated if they were registered and scheduled through the Clark Vaccination Registration System (CVRS).

Once assured of the availability of vaccines, CDC will post the available dates and time slots for Clark locators and companies through the website www.clark.com.ph/vaccine_registration.

To register, locators through their Human Resource Division (HRD) managers may choose their preferred slots by indicating the number of employees they intend to vaccinate at the specific dates and time slots available.

Once registered and accepted by the system, locators must then immediately identify the specific names of their registered employees in the CVRS along with the chosen time slot and date.

Only approved vaccination slots with confirmed names will be honored. Otherwise, the said slot will be made open again for other locators.

To further guide locators, the CDC through its Information Technology Department (ITD) prepared a step-by-step video tutorial for the vaccine registration.

The said tutorial may be accessed through www.clark.com.ph/clark_vax under the “Training Materials” tab. Locators may also send an email to itd@clark.com.ph or clarkcovidvaccine@gmail.com if they have any further queries or concerns.

Through the locators’ voluntary registration, CDC expects more Clark workers to receive their vaccination here in order to achieve the target herd immunity within the Clark Freeport Zone (CFZ) community. (PR)
