Si Atty. Amando Virgil Ligutan, tigpamaba ni Arcilla, nihulagway nga dili pa final and executory ang pito ka pahina nga desisyon sa first division pinirmahan ni Presiding Commissioner Al Parreño ug laing duha ka commissioners niadtong Marso 19.

Si Ligutan niingon nga kon makadawat sila og kopya, moduso sila og motion for reconsideration para mausab ang nahiunang desisyon.

“Councilor Arcilla has yet to receive a copy of the decision. His lawyers will file a motion for reconsideration once the order is received,“ paghulagway ni Ligutan.

“Per Atty. Sarno of Comelec, the decision is not yet final and executory. So Councilor Arcilla is still a bona fide candidate. The people can still vote for him, and once he wins he can still be proclaimed as duly elected official,” dugang sa tigpamaba sa konsehal.
