Traysikol driver nagduwa-duwa sa iyang kinatawo samtang nagkumotkumot sa dughan sa 12 anyos nga batang babaye alas 7:00 sa gabii sa Huwebes sa Sitio Baracca, Brgy. Poblacion 2, dakbayan sa Carcar.

Ang suspek nga nabilanggo na human nasikop giilang si Alenogenes Fajardo, alias Alen, 53, minyo, taga Sitio Relis, Brgy. Poblacion 1 sa siyudad.

Siya nasikop sa follow operation mga alas 10:00 sa gabii.

Si Police Lt. Col. Ardioleto Cabagnot, hepe sa Carcar Police Station nga nahinabi sa Superbalita Cebu, nagkanayon nga ang bata nagpaabot sa iyang amahan kay mangayog kwarta para sa iyang project sa eskwelahan.

Samtang naglingkod sa waiting shed, naabot si Fajardo ug gihaylo ang bata og suroy.

Sa mingaw nga dapit, ang bata nga taga Brgy. Bolinawan, giingong gimolestya ni Fajardo samtang nagduwa siya sa iyang kinatawo.
